Authors who publish with IJPR retain full copyright of their work. IJPR does not require copyright transfer as a condition of publication.

License Granted to the Publisher

By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and make the final version of the article freely and permanently available under the terms described below.

Reader License — CC BY 4.0

All published articles carry a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Under this license, any user may:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially

• Attribution — appropriate credit must be given, a link to the license provided, and any changes indicated.
• No additional restrictions may be applied that would prevent others from doing anything the license permits.

Third-Party Material

Where a manuscript includes material owned by a third party (e.g., a figure reproduced from another publication), authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission for reuse under CC BY 4.0 terms and must state this clearly in the figure/table caption.

Author Self-Archiving

Because IJPR is fully open access with no embargo, authors may freely self-archive the published version of their article in institutional repositories, on personal websites, or on preprint servers at any time, without needing separate permission.

Use in Author's Own Future Work

Authors may reuse their own published material (with appropriate citation to the original IJPR publication) in future work, including theses, books, and presentations, consistent with the CC BY 4.0 license.
