Abstract

The purpose associated with the literature is to examine the role of strategies and technologies that adopted by the Huawei in their success. Huawei is the largest telecom vendor in China and is quickly becoming a leading global player. It has provided telecom products and solutions for over 300 operators worldwide and 22 of the world’s top 50 operators are using its products and solutions. Huawei focuses on such areas as 3G, NGN, XDSL, optical network and data communications. It has 24,000 employees, 48% of which are engaged in R&D. Indeed the results of this analysis reveal support for the theory of profiling as a method of lowering undesired employee attrition. With continued study, this theory could become a beneficial reality in the workplace.
