Developing a Scale Measuring for Strategic Monitoring

In recent years, interest in strategic monitoring has increased due to its critical importance in developing the production process. Therefore, this study seeks to develop a strategic monitoring scale based on the statistical analysis of the study. The researchers surveyed a sample of 345 employees working at the Basra Oil Company, where the analysis included three dimensions of strategic thinking, strategic intelligence, and strategic vigilance.
