Abstract

Intermediation as one of alternative means in settlement of international trade contracts is a med stage between renegotiations and arbitration. The two parties may be incapable to maintain solutions through negotiations, however, they have the intention of solution by negotiations to reach intimate solutions far from courts lobbies, by which, they called assistance by third intermediate party as a conflicts expert able to reach sympathized acceptable and executable settlement. This research deals with intermediation, its definition and classes; it also states its procedures and implications as well as the state of Iraqi legislative of it.
