The article reveals theoretical approaches and concepts of personality formation and choice of profession. The article also analyzes various aspects of the study of professionally significant personal qualities of psychologists. It is emphasized that, in its significance, the student’s creative activity acts as a prerequisite for progress mainly in terms of the mental development of the person and his professional formation.
