Myers Birggs Type Indicator (MBTI) adalah sebuah test atau ujian yang dirancang untuk mengukur dan melihat kondisi psikologis seseorang dalam melihat yang ada dan membuat keputusan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan model kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru berbasis MBTI yang akan di integrasikan dengan teknologi Informasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah menggunakan Research and Development. Untuk mengetahui secara lengkap kebutuhan Kompetensi Guru. Hasil yg akan dicapai memiliki 2 (dua) tahapan: Tahap pertama, penelitian akan menyajikan analisis kebutuhan dan rancangan model; dan Tahap Kedua, penelitian mengujicoba model yang telah dirancang, hingga didapatkan hasil final terhadap model pengembangan kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru berbasis MBTI. Kesimpulan secara umum diperkirakan mayoritas guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Daerah Khusus Ibukoka (DKI) memiliki tipe kepribadian extrovert dan mayoritas responden memiliki kepribadian dan sosial tinggi.
