Abstract

Let x be the primitive element of GF  where v (number of treatments) is a prime number. Let , where t is an odd positive integer number. In this paper, a Neighbour Design from the BIBD using the method of Galois field with the parameter  is constructed with the initial block  and the remaining  blocks are obtained by developing initial block cyclically with mod (v).
