Abstract:
This article is a theoretical and empirical study of the motivational and volitional spheres of women's entrepreneurship, which recognizes that the effectiveness and development of entrepreneurial activity depends on the motivation to succeed, willpower, risk, self-confidence, communication and organizational skills.
